Musculoskeletal experience
Gloudien qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 1999. She had an interest in the physiotherapy management of Musculoskeletal injuries since she started to work as a physiotherapist. Her first job was a combined private practice and private hospital post. She worked closely with a team of orthopaedic consultants providing physiotherapy advice and treatment to enhance patient's recovery.
Sports injuries
Gloudien moved to the UK in 2002. She worked at the Queen Elizabeth II hospital in Welwyn Garden City as a senior physiotherapist in the out patient department treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries. During her NHS post she was also responsible for the clinical education of physiotherapy students and junior staff. The last 3 years Gloudien has been working at a private physiotherapy sport clinic, where she still works part time. In 2007 Gloudien and Hilde started Therapy4all, Physiotherapy clinic in Welwyn Garden City.
Medical Acupuncture
She has a special interest in treating back problems and sport injuries and finds her medical acupuncture a great asset. Aside from her hands on treatment Gloudien feels getting to the root of the problem and giving sound advice is an equally important aspect of the treatment so that the patient and physiotherapist can work together to alleviate symptoms.
Gloudien is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Musculoskeletal experience
Hilde Nel qualified from the University of the Free State, South-Africa in 2000. She started her career in a private practice in Krugersdorp, South-Africa where she gained experience in musculoskeletal outpatients, as well as hospital work. She then moved to London in 2002 and started working as Senior Physiotherapist in a Day hospital in the Enfield PCT.
Rehabilitation
In 2003 she worked for Nightingale House, one of Western Europe's largest Residential homes, responsible for elderly rehabilitation and co-managing the Physiotherapy Department. In 2004 she worked as part of the Community Rehabilitation Team in Chelsea and Kensington, which was responsible for rehabilitation of patients in their homes, who suffered with a great variety of conditions. She then moved to Watford, Hertfordshire where she worked for The Park Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic for nearly two years. Here she gained valuable experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.
Pilates Class Instructor
Hilde has done a range of Pilates courses, including Ante-and Post Natal Pilates, and is a qualified Pilates Class Instructor. She uses a holistic approach when treating patients and finds it essential to empower patients to aid their own recovery.
